Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a seasoned Identity Governance professional to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of governance platforms, focusing on ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza. You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide onboarding activities, and develop governance standards to enhance client security posture.

The role requires hands-on implementation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including work with ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, entitlement management, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring teams, and supporting security transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills for leading discussions and delivering client solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities include designing, configuring, testing, and deploying solutions such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, workflows, policies, and integrations. The role requires troubleshooting complex issues, guiding onboarding activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Developing technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures is essential. The goal is to enhance clients' identity visibility, entitlement management, and overall security posture using relevant technologies.
