Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a senior Identity Governance professional to lead the implementation of ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza. You will design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize solutions addressing identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, workflows and policies.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, create technical documentation, and guide clients in improving identity visibility, entitlement management, and security posture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration.
• At least two years focused on ServiceNow Identity Governance or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive experience considered in lieu of degree.

Job description

The role involves leading the implementation of ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza solutions, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization. The manager will develop identity governance solutions covering identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, workflows, and policies, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, creating technical documentation, and supporting client improvements in identity visibility, entitlement management, and security posture using related technologies.

Qualifications include a minimum of five years hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years focused on ServiceNow Identity Governance or similar platforms. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields is preferred; alternatively, extensive experience can be considered. Strong knowledge of identity security, access controls, regulatory compliance and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required. The role demands excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
