Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead HRSD transformation teams, drive complex initiatives, and grow client relationships in a fast-changing digital environment. You will mentor a cross-functional team including offshore resources, guide AI-enabled HRSD use cases, and participate in pre-sales efforts.

Regular travel to meet client needs is required. The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and delivering high-quality project artifacts across planning, design, and deployment phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CS/IS/Engineering preferred.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required.
• At least one of: HR Service Delivery implementation specialist.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project workstreams and solution delivery.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Build and sustain client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Provide guidance on governance, data readiness, and AI-enabled HRSD use cases.
• Collaborate on pre-sales activities including proposals and estimates.
