Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in HRSD for global clients. You’ll drive delivery, manage multi-disciplinary teams (including offshore resources) and build strong client relationships while guiding governance and value realization.

In this role you’ll combine technical leadership with business acumen, leveraging EY’s AI-enabled HRSD capabilities and ensuring delivery excellence across planning, execution and outcomes in a hybrid client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 4-6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• LeadServiceNow HRSD delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
• Lead client workshops and drive workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
