Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Developer to design, develop, implement, and support HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role collaborates with HR stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality HR services and experiences.

The candidate will build HR services, case types, templates, and workflows, and integrate HRSD with external systems. The position requires residing in the Dallas area or relocation willingness.

Qualifications

• Experience as a ServiceNow developer (HRSD/CIS-HR is a plus).
• Hands-on experience defining integrations and data modeling.
• Experience identifying business objectives and developing outcome-focused solutions.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience in ITIL framework or similar operating model.
• Able to engage with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate HRSD product vision into clear, prioritized user stories and requirements.
• Build and maintain HR Services, Case Types, Templates, Topic Categories, and workflows.
• Serve as escalation point for HRSD issues with cross-functional teams.
• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD apps (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge, HR Catalog).
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems (PeopleSoft, UKG WFM).
• Engage with customers and stakeholders and contribute to workshops and training.
• Maintain testing protocols and design/operations documents.
