Job summary

You will architect and deliver end-to-end HR solutions, coordinating with the Health Information Services ServiceNow administrator team to ensure stability and compliance.

The role requires strong technical leadership, data integration expertise, and collaboration with HR staff. The position offers a hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days at Greenwich Dr.

Qualifications

• Nine years of related experience or a bachelor's degree in related area plus five years.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Web development experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience developing and executing complex test plans.
• Knowledge of Agile/Lean/Scrum/DevOps.
• Change management experience to move stakeholders through adoption stages.
• System administration experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management abilities to set objectives, identify resources, milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform for Health Human Resources.
• Lead data loading and integration between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Provide technical guidance to Junior HRSD Programmer/Developers.
• Ensure system stability, integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR staff and Health Information Services team.
