Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, implement, and support HRSD solutions. You will work with HR stakeholders such as Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to deliver scalable HR service delivery on the ServiceNow platform.

As part of the HR Services group, you will design HRSD applications, develop integrations with PeopleSoft and UKG WFM, and ensure ITSM-aligned development standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree as stated.
• 5 years of ServiceNow HRSD development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and web technologies.
• Experience with HRSD configuration, data imports, and integrations.
• Experience building REST or SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate HRSD product vision into clear, prioritized user stories and requirements.
• Build and maintain HR Services, Case Types, Templates, Topic Categories, Record Producers, and workflows.
• Serve as escalation point for complex HRSD issues with tech and business teams.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD apps (Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge, HR Catalog).
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (PeopleSoft, UKG WFM).
• Engage with customers and stakeholders; collaborate with platform teams for compliance and seamless functionality.
• Groom backlog and document enhancement efforts with effort estimates.
• Update unit testing protocols for deployments and upgrades.
