Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Consulting Manager to lead transformation engagements across client teams. You will guide requirements, design, and delivery of HRSD solutions, while mentoring a diverse delivery team and building strong client relationships.

You will interact with stakeholders to evaluate business models, translate requirements into technical specs, and ensure solutions align with business needs. Occasional travel to meet clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification; at least one of HR Service Delivery related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation workstreams and client engagements.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Build and sustain client relationships, articulate EY value, and guide delivery from planning to closure.
