Job summary

The Evolvers Group is seeking a Sr. IT Asset Management Specialist to manage hardware inventory and lifecycle using ServiceNow HAM.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize asset utilization, and coordinate with procurement and vendors. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in IT Asset Management, strong ServiceNow HAM experience, and proven ability to work independently with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Asset Management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

• Familiarity with facilities maintenance and asset management.

Job description

We are seeking a Sr. IT Asset Management Specialist skilled in using ServiceNow HAM to maintain and service hardware inventory and full life cycle of the hardware. The Specialist will be responsible to ensure the optimal use, tracking, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance of all company-owned assets.

Required Experience (3+ years):

• Experience in IT Asset Management
• Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Experience using ServiceNow to maintain and service hardware inventory and full life cycle of the hardware.
• Experience applying the knowledge of the principles and practices of facilities maintenance and asset management.
• Experience demonstrating knowledge of IT procurement processes and vendor management.
• Experience demonstrating strong understanding of IT hardware and software.
• Experience demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
