Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist to serve as the enterprise SME for HAM, driving lifecycle governance, data quality, and audit readiness across the organization. You will partner with Procurement, Finance and IT to optimize ServiceNow HAM Pro, CMDB integrations, and asset data accuracy while supporting audits and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs.
• 3+ years managing audit readiness activities and regulatory requirements.
• 2+ years establishing and maintaining data quality standards for asset records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management, ensuring data integrity, governance, and lifecycle compliance.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, including inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and policy adherence.
• Lead configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow HAM Pro with CMDB integrations.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT to improve asset visibility and governance.
• Develop training, documentation, reporting, and analytics to drive HAM best practices and AI-enabled efficiencies.
