Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs, including lifecycle planning and governance.
• 3+ years managing audit readiness activities and regulatory requirements.
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards and trusted asset records for reporting and analytics.
• 2+ years working with ServiceNow ITAM capabilities, including HAM Pro, Discovery, and CMDB integrations.
• 2+ years supporting governance frameworks across CMDB platforms and enterprise inventories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management with data integrity and lifecycle governance.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle including inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
• Lead configuration, administration, and enhancement of ServiceNow HAM Pro capabilities.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security and IT to improve asset visibility and lifecycle governance.
• Develop training, documentation, reporting, and analytics to drive HAM adoption and process improvement.
