Job summary

Proviniti seeks a Lead Technical Consultant / Business Process Consultant - ITAM to guide Hardware and Software Asset Management initiatives, support workshop sessions, refine stories, demo solutions, and configure ServiceNow-based solutions. You will work with customer process owners, sponsors, and stakeholders to align current processes with improvements and ServiceNow leading practices.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a hands-on approach to process

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM workflows and processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
• Familiarity with HAM and SAM domains and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to refine processes.

Responsibilities

• Push back on poor requirements.
• Simplify workflows and align processes with best practices.
• Facilitate definition and alignment of current processes for improvement.
• Advise Product Owner(s) in story creation and refinement.
• Ensure adherence to desired process outcomes and roadmap planning.
