Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) SME to lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of ITAM across the organization. The role covers HAM, SAM Pro, asset lifecycle management, discovery, and CMDB integrations.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
• Experience with HAM and SAM Pro deployments across enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, CMDB integrations, and ITAM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.
• Provide expertise across hardware and software asset management and lifecycle management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset utilization and license compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and integration efforts.
