Job summary

Optomi is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to support a full Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) implementation. This person will be responsible for hands-on development, configuration, and implementation across the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM experience with proven hands-on HAM and SAM implementation expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM.
• Proven HAM and SAM implementation experience.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations, not just support.
• Strong scripting, configuration and integration skills.
• Experience with CMDB and Discovery.
• Hands-on keyboard developer capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Support HAM and SAM implementations end-to-end.
• Develop and configure ITSM, ITOM, ITAM solutions.
• Build workflows, Flow Designer processes, Business Rules, Script Includes.
• Support ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Work with CMDB and Discovery, asset data, lifecycle processes.
