Qualifications

• 3 years of direct ServiceNow Platform Administration experience.
• Strong grasp of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile playbooks.
• CSA and CIS-Field Service Management certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Platform Maintenance: Administer the ServiceNow FSM environment, managing upgrades and daily operations.
• Workspace Management: Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Workspace to streamline task assignments.
• Mobile Support: Optimize the Mobile Agent app for field technicians, including offline workflows.
• Data Models: Manage work orders, task dependencies, assignment rules, and territory planning.
• Inventory & Logistics: Configure parts management, stockrooms, and asset transfer rules.
• Core Configuration: Build UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and system notifications.
