Job summary

Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow FSM Administrator for a 12+ month hybrid role in the Oakland area. The position focuses on maintaining, configuring, and supporting the ServiceNow FSM application to maximise technician efficiency.

• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS-Field Service Management are Mandatory.
• Core Knowledge: Dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Platform Maintenance: Administer the ServiceNow FSM environment, managing upgrades and daily technical operations.
• Workspace Management: Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Workspace to streamline task assignments.
• Mobile Support: Optimize the Mobile Agent app for field technicians, including offline workflows.
• Data Models: Manage work orders, task dependencies, assignment rules, and territory planning.
• Inventory & Logistics: Configure parts management, stockrooms, and asset transfer rules.
• Core Configuration: Build UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and system notifications.
