Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in the Oakland/Sacramento area is seeking a ServiceNow FSM Administrator for a 12‑month hybrid engagement. You will maintain, configure, and support the FSM application to optimize technician efficiency.

Responsibilities include platform maintenance, Dispatcher Workspace configuration, mobile support for field techs, data model governance, and parts inventory workflows. A CSA certification is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct ServiceNow Platform Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile playbooks.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow FSM environment, upgrades, and daily operations.
• Configure Dispatcher Workspace to streamline task assignments.
• Optimize the Mobile Agent app for field technicians, including offline workflows.
• Manage work orders, dependencies, assignment rules, and territory planning.
• Configure parts management, stockrooms, and asset transfer rules.
• Build UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and system notifications.
