Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration.
• Strong grasp of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile playbooks.
• CSA certification is mandatory.

• Core Configuration: Build UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and system notifications.
