Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Business Analyst - ServiceNow in Irving, Texas. You will drive ServiceNow implementations, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile delivery team to deliver business-critical solutions.

You will lead discovery workshops, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprints, and support UAT while managing risks and changes. Onsite role with 5 days/week in client office.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT analysis or related roles with ServiceNow experience.
Experience gathering business requirements and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience with backlog management.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to document end-to-end requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs for ServiceNow delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate with business and technical teams.
Support UAT, document defects, and ensure timely resolution with developers.
Prepare project status reports and metrics for leadership.
Identify risks and manage scope changes to align with goals.
