Job summary

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow automation and incident enrichment.
Expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, subflows, and custom actions.
Ability to design runbooks, enrichment actions, and onboarding accelerators.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, server‑side scripts).
Understanding of ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLA.
Ability to troubleshoot flow executions, integration failures, and data mapping.

Responsibilities
