Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant for a 100% remote U.S. role. You will design, build, and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps, focusing on workflows, scripting, integrations, and UI customizations.

Required 6+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript, and CSA certification. This full‑time direct role offers a competitive salary and no sponsorship for new H‑1B petitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) programming skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Hands‑on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions.
• Apply best practices to keep the platform upgrade‑safe, clean, and performant.
