Job summary

the company is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and other modules. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering upgrade-safe configurations and integrations using Flow Designer and the Integration Hub.

You will script in JavaScript (Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions) and contribute to governance, data integrity, and technical debt reduction while aligning with client and delivery teams on

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience at enterprise scale.
• 5+ years hands-on enterprise ServiceNow development (8+ years in information services preferred).
• Advanced JavaScript skills for ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong communication skills for client and delivery teams.
• Upgrade-safe, OOTB-first configuration philosophy.
• Ability to work independently against pre-defined requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM and other modules.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
