Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Technical Architect, Administrator, or Application Developer.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and government/regulatory environments.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with IT strategy.
