Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture across the ServiceNow platform for government clients. You will design scalable, secure solutions, mentor teams, and act as a trusted advisor while aligning platform capabilities with business needs.

The role requires experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, and CMDB/CSDM, plus strong integration skills and the ability to drive pre-sales activities with customers and stakeholders in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with design or leadership of solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical platform solutions.
• Mentor teams, communicate capabilities to customers and technical staff.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate requirements into platform capabilities, designs and approaches.
• Provide guidance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB/CSDM, and integrations.
• Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Guide delivery teams on standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and roadmaps for ServiceNow.
• Stay current with new releases and assess applicability to CGS needs.
• Develop architecture docs, reference patterns, and reusable solutions.
