Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of professional experience implementing and managing enterprise solutions.
• Experience administering or developing within large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Portals, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, and CSM.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow using built-in features, e.g., UI policies, business rules, data policies, and client scripts.
• Leverage out-of-the-box functionality and modify as needed to meet business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications via REST API, Integration HUB, CSV, and Excel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly solutions.
• Analyze problems and translate them into technical designs leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
• Document technical designs, development activities, and configuration changes.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Prototype new solutions and demonstrate platform capabilities as needed.
