Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, SECOPS, and Vulnerability Management modules.
• Proficient with CMDB and CSDM concepts and governance.
• Expert-level scripting in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and platform scripting tools.
• Extensive experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third‑party connectors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teams.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions across modules to meet business needs.
• Lead complex integrations using REST, SOAP, and ServiceNow APIs to ensure data flow with external systems.
• Sustain and enhance CMDB and CSDM for data quality and visibility.
• Write advanced scripts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and apply new features to implementations.
