Job summary

Ark Infotech LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join a team focused on implementing and configuring multiple modules within the IT Service Management suite. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and a minimum of two days per week on-site in Suitland, MD.

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development or administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops the ServiceNow application including configuration, reports, and data migration where applicable.
• Performs custom development and 3rd party integrations as needed.
• Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution.
• Migrates changes to production environments.
• Assists with technical design and documentation.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to build ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.

Here’s what you need:

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development or administrator experience

Bonus Points if you have:

• Security + CE
• ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (CSA)
