Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator or junior developer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data structures, and ITSM modules.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customization.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ATF.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications (ITSM, HRSD).
• Analyze requirements to deliver out-of-the-box solutions, avoiding scope creep.
