Job summary

Tempus is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Junior Developer to configure and customize core ServiceNow applications, including ITSM and HRSD. You will analyze requirements, deliver efficient OOTB solutions, and support frontline teams with documentation and troubleshooting.

The role involves building the ATF, managing REST/SOAP integrations, and participating in Scrum ceremonies. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on ServiceNow admin/developer experience.
• CSA certification is highly preferred; CAD progress a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to communicate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize core ServiceNow apps (ITSM, HRSD).
• Analyze requirements and deliver out-of-the-box solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents and document technical findings for frontline teams.
• Build/maintain ATF for upgrades and deployments.
• Manage platform integrations (REST/SOAP) with vendors.
• Participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies and communicate status.
