Gazelle Global is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineer in Phoenix, AZ. The role covers platform development, configuration, and automation across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and SecOps within a large enterprise setting.

You will build REST/API integrations, collaborate with Product Owners, and participate in the full development lifecycle using Agile methodologies. CSA and CAD certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM configurations.
• Experience with REST, APIs, JSON and integrations.
• Proficient in ServiceNow configuration and app development.
• Understanding of platform architecture and CSA/CAD certifications.
• Desirable ML or Generative AI familiarity.

We're partnering with a global technology and consulting organization seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineer to support a major financial services client in Phoenix, AZ.

This is an opportunity to join a senior engineering team focused on ServiceNow platform development, configuration and business process automation, working across ITSM and ITAM within a large-scale enterprise environment.

The Role

• Develop, configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Work across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and SecOps
• Build and maintain REST/API integrations
• Support application development and platform enhancements
• Work closely with Product Owners to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Participate throughout the full development lifecycle, from design through testing and implementation
• Conduct code reviews and support best practices across the engineering team
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM
• Experience with REST, APIs, JSON and integrations
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and application development
• Understanding of platform architecture
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Experience with Machine Learning or Generative AI is a plus.
