Job summary

Select Minds LLC in Phoenix is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a Platform Engineering team supporting ITSM and ITAM initiatives. The role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform while driving workflow automation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript and scripting skills, and experience with ITSM/ITOM. This long‑term contract role is onsite from day one in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules.
• Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Application Development.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrations using JSON.
• Agile/Scrum experience with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM/ITAM initiatives.
• Drive workflow automation and enterprise service management solutions.
• Participate across the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and code reviews.
