Job summary

Dillard's Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for our Little Rock headquarters to build and maintain ITSM workflows, integrations, and custom apps.

This on-site role requires CAD certification, a CS/IS-related degree, and 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development. You will work on the Software Integration and Administration team, collaborating with vendors and end-users to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, including MID Server integrations and CMDB

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow CAD certification required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• On-site work at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR.
• Experience with Workflow Studio and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.

THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and custom-scoped applications.THE TEAMThis role is on our Software Integration and Administration team, which consists of closely-knit team members who value diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient in scripting and automation, with strong system analysis and client-solution skills
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and platform configuration
