Job summary

Optimum Healthcare IT, LLC seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to define platform roadmaps, architect solutions, and lead engagements across healthcare customers. You will collaborate with leadership, sales, and consulting teams to position and deliver compelling ServiceNow solutions that address enterprise challenges.

The role requires deep EA/CSDM expertise, CSA/CAD certification, 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform, and 10+ years in client-facing roles.

Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
CSA or CAD certification with at least two CIS certifications.
Experience in Enterprise Architecture (EA) and CSDM.
10 years of client-facing experience delivering business transformation.
ServiceNow configuration and development including IntegrationHub, scoped apps, and Studio.

Responsibilities

Partner with Business Process Consultants to assess environments and map to EA and CSDM.
Define platform roadmap, architecture, and design across the customer enterprise.
Lead customer engagements delivering ServiceNow solutions and advise on best practice.
Mentor technical consulting team on development and configuration activities.
Support presales efforts to define solutions, scope, and delivery estimates.
Own technical quality on projects, review code, and oversee Go-Live planning.
Lead customer discovery workshops and define technical requirements.
Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and healthcare use cases.
Keep clients' business goals at the forefront of conversations.
Travel up to 10%.
