Job summary

Optimum Healthcare IT, LLC seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to define platform roadmaps, architect solutions, and lead engagements across healthcare customers. You will collaborate with leadership, sales, and consulting teams to position and deliver compelling ServiceNow solutions that address enterprise challenges.

The role requires deep EA/CSDM expertise, CSA/CAD certification, 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform, and 10+ years in client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• CSA or CAD certification with at least two CIS certifications.
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture (EA) and CSDM.
• 10 years of client-facing experience delivering business transformation.
• ServiceNow configuration and development including IntegrationHub, scoped apps, and Studio.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Process Consultants to assess environments and map to EA and CSDM.
• Define platform roadmap, architecture, and design across the customer enterprise.
• Lead customer engagements delivering ServiceNow solutions and advise on best practice.
• Mentor technical consulting team on development and configuration activities.
• Support presales efforts to define solutions, scope, and delivery estimates.
• Own technical quality on projects, review code, and oversee Go-Live planning.
• Lead customer discovery workshops and define technical requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and healthcare use cases.
• Keep clients' business goals at the forefront of conversations.
• Travel up to 10%.

Job description

As a member of our ServiceNow Services team, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the growth of our practice as we look to expand our services across other healthcare organizations. You will work in partnership with our leadership and sales teams to support our customers and prospective customers with your in-depth understanding of ServiceNow and our services to best position and architect solutions to the challenges our customers face.

Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned)

• Partner with Business Process Consultants to assess customer environments’ technology health and the effectiveness of facilitating business processes with ServiceNow within key areas such as Enterprise Architecture (EA formerly known as APM) and CSDM.
• Work with our customers to align technical capabilities to enterprise priorities, regulatory requirements, and audit frameworks.
• Define platform roadmap, architecture, and design across the customer enterprise.
• Participate in customer engagements delivering solutions on the ServiceNow platform, advising on best practice.
• Mentor technical consulting team members on development and configuration activities.
• As needed to support the dedicated sales team, participate in presales efforts to define solutions, scope, and estimate time and effort for delivery.
• Own the technical quality on customer projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee the technical aspects of Go-Live planning efforts.
• Partner with Business Process Consultants to lead customer discovery workshops and define technical requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow application capabilities, and the use cases ServiceNow addresses for healthcare customers.
• Maintain awareness of healthcare industry challenges and drivers.
• Keep clients’ business goals at the forefront of conversations and articulate design decisions related to continual maintenance and longevity on the platform.

Education/Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• Completion of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), along with at least two completed CIS certifications.
• Experience in the following ServiceNow applications is required: Enterprise Architecture (EA formerly known as APM) and CSDM.
• 10 years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology
• ServiceNow configuration and development constructs, including IntegrationHub, scoped application development, and Studio
• Strong experience with complex data migration and data migration planning
• Assigning estimates for units of work (stories, defects, documentation, etc.) and coaching resources on the technical development and configuration against defined user stories
• Strong understanding of customer compliance and data requirements. Understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA) and CSDM, along with industry standards and understanding of audit requirements within the healthcare industry.

Working Environment/Physical Requirements

• Up to 10% travel
