Nordic is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead technical direction for complex healthcare implementations, integrations, and partner-built applications, focusing on HCLS, HCO, Clinical Device Management, and Epic EHR interoperability.

You will define application and data architecture roadmaps, provide hands-on support, and ensure solutions follow governance and best practices. Remote position with up to 25% travel; CSA/CAD/CTA certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead / participate in client workshops to gather business and technical requirements and user stories.
• Consult customers and team on industry and ServiceNow best practices.
• Deliver scoped application development and integrations.
• Configure and build application UI and workflows.
• Define current- and future-state architectures, data models, integrations and roadmaps for HCLS, HCO, and Epic EHR interoperability.
• Collaborate on technical best practices and standards; adhere to SDLC and testing standards.
• Balance Agile delivery with governance, quality, speed and business value.
• Create diagrams, estimates, roadmaps and executive recommendations.
• Develop integrations components (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP).
• Structure Service Catalog and develop portals; deliver solutions aligned with standards.
