Job summary

Quadrant IQ Solutions LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to own the technical design, governance, and long-term roadmap of the hospital's ServiceNow instance. You will partner with IT leadership, clinicians, and developers to create a stable, secure, and scalable IT service delivery platform for enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
• At least 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or administration and 3+ years in architect/lead role.
• Proven experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP web services, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, including data model, integrations, and security design.
• Own the platform roadmap in partnership with IT leadership and align releases with hospital priorities.
• Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and platform governance via architecture review processes.
• Lead solution design for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM/HAM/SAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM, and custom App Engine apps.
• Design and oversee integrations with Epic, Workday, AD/Entra ID, Okta, monitoring tools, and medical device management platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Guide CMDB design, health, and data governance in line with CSDM.
• Plan and lead family upgrades, patching, and clone strategy while minimizing customization and debt.
• Ensure HIPAA, HITECH, and internal security requirements are met.
