You will set architectural standards, deliver scalable solutions, and guide teams with AI‑driven development tools to improve quality and efficiency. The role combines solutioning leadership with hands‑on development across ITSM, ITOM, and custom apps, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies and governance.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years delivering enterprise solutions including ServiceNow development.
• Strong architecture background across data, workflow, automation, integrations, and governance.
• Hands‑on scripting experience (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flows, Client Scripts, REST/SOAP integrations).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator AND Certified Application Developer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands‑on contributor; participate in solution architecture and troubleshooting.
• Define and maintain the architectural vision and technical standards for the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide hands‑on development, including scripting, integration design, prototyping, and solution implementation.
• Support adjacent applications to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools to improve quality, enforce best practices, and accelerate delivery.
