Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on Discovery and Integrations to support the Department of Transportation. Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 6 years in administration for a major Service Management System.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations.
- CIS-Disco and CSA certifications.
- Experience with SNMP, SOAP and REST-based API integrations.
Responsibilities
- Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and development within the ServiceNow ITSM application suite.
- Design the DOT Service Management System and support SMS operations across the development lifecycle.
- Determine integration methods, data normalization, and participate in testing.
- Develop and maintain Discovery schedules and define roles for integrations.
- Respond to and resolve SMS incidents and participate in on-call rotation.
