Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on Discovery and Integrations to support the Department of Transportation. The role designs and supports the Service Management System, leads integrations, and delivers new functionality while applying SDLC and DevOps principles.

This is a full-time opportunity with an on-call rotation and no travel. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicants must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in administration for a major Service Management System (preferably ServiceNow).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations.
• Current CIS-Disco certification.
• Current CSA certification.
• Experience with SOAP and REST-based API integrations.
• Knowledge of SNMP technologies supporting Discovery Patterns.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and development within the ServiceNow ITSM suite.
• Design the DOT Service Management System and support SMS operations across the development lifecycle.
• Determine integration methods, directionality, and attributes.
• Participate in data normalization prior to ServiceNow import.
• Participate in platform, process, and integration testing.
• Develop and maintain Discovery schedules and integration roles.
• Fulfill the Enterprise Integration Manager role.
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Deliver new functionality across applications.
