Job summary
Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer focused on Discovery and Integrations for a Department of Transportation project. This remote, contract-to-hire role requires extensive ServiceNow expertise, CIS-Disco and CSA certifications, and on-call rotation with no travel.
The role involves designing and supporting the Service Management System, leading integrations, applying SDLC/DevOps, and delivering new functionality across applications.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience with admin services for a major Service Management System (preferably ServiceNow).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations.
- Current CIS-Disco certification and CSA certification are required/preferred.
- Experience with SNMP, SOAP and REST-based integrations.
Responsibilities
- Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and development within the ServiceNow ITSM suite.
- Design the DOT Service Management System and support SMS operations across the development lifecycle.
- Determine integration methods, directionality, and attributes.
- Participate in data normalization prior to import into ServiceNow.
- Participate in platform, process, and integration testing.
- Develop and maintain Discovery schedules and define roles of integrations.
