Remote ServiceNow Developer – Discovery and Integrations for Eliassen Group to support the DOT. Design and support the Service Management System, lead integrations, and deliver new functionality with SDLC/DevOps.

Role is full-time with on-call rotation and no travel. Requires 12+ years IT experience, CIS-Disco and CSA certs, plus strong Discovery/Integrations skills. W2 benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in administering a major Service Management System (preferably ServiceNow).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations.
• Current CIS-Disco certification.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations.
• Experience with SNMP technologies supporting Discovery Patterns.
• Experience with SOAP and REST-based API integrations.
• Current CSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation, admin, configuration, and development within the ServiceNow ITSM suite.
• Design the DOT Service Management System and support SMS operations across the development lifecycle.
• Determine integration methods, directionality, and attributes.
• Participate in data normalization prior to import into ServiceNow.
• Participate in platform, process, and integration testing.
• Develop and maintain Discovery schedules and roles for other integrations.
• Fulfill the role of Enterprise Integration Manager.
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Deliver new functionality across applications.
• Manage SMS development activities across full lifecycle.
• Apply SDLC and DevOps principles.
• Respond to escalated SMS requests and incidents.
• Assist platform administrator with incident resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
