Job summary
TechDigital Group seeks a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the reliability, performance, and functional accuracy of ServiceNow platform solutions across the development lifecycle. Embedded in a DevOps team, the role blends manual testing with automated testing using ATF to accelerate high‑quality releases.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years testing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices; defect tracking tools.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain test strategies, plans, test cases, and scripts for ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
- Build and maintain automated ATF test suites covering UI flows, business rules, integrations, and regressions.
- Validate functional requirements and defects; drive resolution with development teams.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing across ServiceNow modules.
- Integrate ATF test suites into CI/CD pipelines to gate quality before production.
- Review Update Sets, Flow Designer flows, and script changes for testability and standards.
- Manage defects through lifecycle using Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Database Developer and admins to validate migrations and transforms.
- Contribute to upgrade validation and release readiness testing.
- Produce QA metrics and release readiness reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing quality perspective to sprints.
