Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years of ServiceNow development, JavaScript proficiency, and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance; office presence five days a week at the posted location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
• DoD 8570 Certification: Security+.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, and ITSM processes and applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and implement software development requirements.
• Provide ServiceNow technical support, consultation, and troubleshooting for platform users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system defects, performance issues, and configuration challenges.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user-facing materials.
• Participate in UAT, platform upgrades, and Agile development activities.
