Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow solutions for mission-critical IT service delivery. You will work with business, technical, and leadership stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

Required are 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience, JavaScript proficiency, and the TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. The role is based in Columbia, Maryland, with an office presence expected five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• DoD 8570 Certification: Security+.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
• Support ITAM, CMDB, and ITSM processes and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Provide ServiceNow technical support and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Participate in UAT, Technical Exchange Meetings, and platform upgrades.
