Job summary

Intact Technology, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (TS/SCI) to design, develop, and enhance solutions within secure federal environments.

The role focuses on ITSM workflows and full lifecycle ownership from requirements through deployment, with an on-site expectation in Reston and the DMV. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development, ITSM mastery, and SDLC experience in regulated settings, plus TS/SCI clearance and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Onsite work five days a week in the DMV area (Reston, VA).
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Mastery of ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.).
• Experience in secure/classified network environments and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance ServiceNow solutions for secured government environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mission leads to deliver ITSM capabilities.
• Lead module development, integrations, and enhancements across ServiceNow.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and secure configuration under TS/SCI.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction in a cleared environment.
