Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking an NMS ServiceNow Software Designer to support a key government program. You will deploy and integrate ServiceNow on RHEL/Windows, collaborate with DB developers on MariaDB, and work within Agile/Scrum and SDLC to deliver features.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of combined experience, DoD 8140 IAT Level 2, and ServiceNow expertise in a government context. Location is Chantilly, VA with a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of combined work history and education with DoD relevance.
• Must have at least 1 year of ServiceNow experience in government projects.
• Experience across concept, design, engineering, production and sustainment phases.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, administer, develop, and integrate the ServiceNow suite on RHEL and Windows.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead SDLC activities, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks; provide handoff training.
• Monitor performance, implement security hardening and RMF/A&A artifacts.
