Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks an NMS ServiceNow Senior Software Designer to support a key government program in Chantilly, VA. The role requires hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, Linux, Windows, and database integrations to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The candidate will lead a team in applying Agile, SDLC, and RMF processes, ensuring compliance, performance, and mission assurance while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with project managers and technical leads.

Qualifications

• Must meet DoD 8140.03 IAT Level 2 requirements.
• 5 years ServiceNow experience + training.
• At least one additional advanced ServiceNow cert.
• Strong team leadership and independent work capability.
• Experience across concept, design, engineering, production, and sustainment SDLC phases.
• Proven automation in ServiceNow deployments for large-scale environments.
• Excellent documentation and client-facing communication.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, administration, and integration of ServiceNow on RHEL/Windows.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and SDLC for project delivery with accountability.
• Coordinate with PMs and tech leads, report risks and progress.
• Direct integration with Cisco NSO, GOTS, and enterprise tools.
• Oversee technical documentation and user handoff training.
