Job summary

Credence is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions supporting IT and business operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, admins, and cross‑functional teams to deliver automated workflows, integrations, and platform modernization across the development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of software development experience including ServiceNow platform development.
• CSA certification required; CAD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, and UIs to meet needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements; propose solutions to address deficiencies and inefficiencies.
• Build reusable solutions aligned with platform design patterns and development standards; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
