Job summary

Credence has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions supporting business and IT operations. The role collaborates with stakeholders, system administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications and integrations while driving modernization and automation.

The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow development experience, Agile methodologies, ITSM best practices, and a US citizenship with an active Secret

Qualifications

US citizenship with Active Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
5+ years of software development experience, including ServiceNow platform development.
Experience designing and developing custom scoped applications within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and deploy ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, and user interfaces.
Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and technical teams to implement enhancements and support configuration changes.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain solutions that align with ServiceNow design patterns and standards.
Provide ongoing production support for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
