Job summary

Credence is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support business and IT operations. You will partner with stakeholders, system administrators, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable applications, workflows, and integrations while enabling platform modernization and automation.

The ideal candidate has ServiceNow development experience, Agile methodologies, and ITSM best practices, with CSA certification required and CAD

Qualifications

5+ years in software development with ServiceNow platform experience.
Experience designing and developing scoped applications on ServiceNow.
CSA certification required; CAD preferred.
Strong knowledge of ITSM and platform modernization practices.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies used in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable apps and integrations.
Provide production support and resolve issues in ServiceNow environments.
Lead code reviews and mentor other developers.
Ensure CI/CD practices and proper documentation are followed.
